Instructions
Mash that butter together with the thyme, dried herb, garlic and a couple of grinds of salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 180 ℃, and line a large flat baking tray with baking paper.
Coat the cauliflower steaks in butter on both sides.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the steaks for two minutes on each side, then place on the baking tray.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes until the Cauliflower is cooked through.
