Ingredients
3largeBananasRipe
45mlGreek-style natural Yoghurt
10mlHoney - Runny
15gramsChia seeds
6Ice lolly sticks
Instructions
Blend the bananas, greek yoghurt and honey in your blender or food processor, until you have a thick, smooth consistency.
Stir in the chia seeds.
Transfer into a jug and pour the mixture into the 6 ice lolly moulds.
Place a lolly stick in the centre of each mould.
Place them into the freezer for 6 hours before serving.
To unmould the lollies, dip the frozen moulds into warm water for a few seconds and gently release the lollies while holding the sticks.
