Instructions
Arrange the rocket on four plates.
Scatter over the tomatoes, cucumber and onion, then the feta and olives.
To make the dressing, put the oil, lemon juice and dried oregano in a jam jar, screw on the lid and shake well.
Drizzle over the salad, season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
