Lamb Koftas and Lemony Hummus
Tranitional hummus is made with chickpeas. Enjoy this homemade hummus.

Koftas

Hummus

Instructions
Add all the Kofta ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined, then shape into finger-length sausages.
Place all the hummus ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Heat a little oil in large frying pan over a medium heat and fry the Koftas for 6 - 8 minutes, turning regularly.
You could also place them in an oven-proof baking dish and bake them at 200 C for 8 - 10 minutes.
To serve, put two tablespoons of hummus onto each plate and top with a few koftas.
