120mlVinegar - White Wine
100gramsSugar - Raw
125mlWaterboiling
15gramsGingercrushed
Instructions
Blanch the vegetables in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Cool under cold running water.
Mix vinegar, sugar, water, ginger until sugar dissolves.
