Instructions
Slice the cucumber thinly, place in colander and sprinkle with salt. Drain and pat dry.
Place the cucumber in a serving bowl, Add the red and white radish on top.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over - add chives, parsley and mung bean sprouts.
