225gramsMixed sprouted seeds and beans
25gramsPumpkin Seeds
25gramsSunflower Seeds
25gramsSesame Seeds
1largeApple - Granny Smithcored and roughly chopped
70gramsDried Apricotsroughly chopped
1Lemonzested and juiced
50gramsWalnutsroughly chopped
30mlWalnut Oil
Instructions
Put the sprouted seeds (Alfalfa, mung beans, soybeans, aduki beans, chickpeas and radish seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.)
Stir in the apple, dried apricots, lemon zest and walnuts.
Mix lemon juice and oil in a small bowl.
Stir the dressing into the salad and serve immediately.
