125gramsFresh Coriander leavesChopped
Dressing
2.5mlHoney
30mlApple Cider Vinegar
1.25mlFlaxseed Oil
1cloveGarlic
Instructions
Finey chop the cabbage, beetroot and red onion
Add coriander and orange juice
Mix well
Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Dressing can be added to salad now or kept separate to add at the table.
