Add the eggs to a small mixing bowl and season with salt.Add 5 ml of olice oil and whisk until combined.
In a small frypan, add 20 ml of olive oil and set over medium heat.Warm the olive for only 30 seconds, then add the whisked eggs.
Cook the eggs over the medium heat, stirring regularly, until the eggs are beginning to set (there should be some wet parts and thats okay)
Turn the heat off and add the Greek Yoghurt.Continue to stir until the yoghurt is fully mixed and the eggs have fullu set.Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Transfer the scrambled eggs to serving plate and finish with the chives.Enjoy immediately.
