Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Fry the onion and garlic for five minutes until the onion is softened.
Fly the chorizo for another five minutes until cooked through.
Add the cabbage in batches and fry for ten minutes until slightly softened.
Stir the Caraway seeds, stock and vinegar and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and cook, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Season to taste and serve warm.
