Ingredients

Swedes
peeled and cut into chips

ml
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Extra Virgin
Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Put the cut chips into a large bowl.
Drizzle the oil over and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well to ensure all the chips get coated.
Lay chips out on tray - try not to overlap them.
Cook in oven for 35 - 40 minutes, turning the chips halfway so they are crispy on both sides.
Serve with Fish or other main.
