Tossed Salad with Pears and Blue Cheese

Instructions
In a small bowl, toss pears with 30 ml of the buttermilk to prevent flesh browning.
Whilst the remaining buttermilk, vinegar and salt and pepper (to taste) until combined.
Add chives.
Tear or chop the lettuce leaves.
Mix with the watercress and cucumber.
Arrange on serving plates and top with the Blue Cheese and sliced pears.
Drizzle a little buttermilk dressing over the top, serving the remainder separately
