Cannellni beans are traditionally used in Italy, but any white bean can be used.

400 g each drained and rinsed

Tuna ( in oil or water)
425 g drained

Onion - Red

Lemon juice
Fresh Sage Leaves

Fresh Parsley - Flat-leaf
Chopped
Instructions
Into a large serving bowl, toss the beans, Tuna, Onion, Lemon Juice and sage leaves together.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
