Summer Cucumber Salad with Dill
Ingredients
- 1 large Cucumber peeled and thinly sliced
Dressing
- 15 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 10 ml Dijon Mustard
- 10 ml Vinegar - White Winw
- 5 grams Caster Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 30 grams Fresh Dill chopped
Instructions
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
- Place cucumber slices on a serving dish, and drizzle over the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy.
