Peeled and cut into 1.5 cm cubes

Instructions
Place the turnip and garlic in a large pot of cold water and bring to the boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes or until the turnips are tender.
Drain the turnips and garlic.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Use a stick blender to puree until creamy and smooth
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then blend again for 1 minute.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley
