Tahini & Lemon dressing
Tahini or Sesame seed paste is full of essential nutrients, including healthy unsaturrated fats and fibre.

Servings: 300 ml
- 100 grams Tahini
- 150 ml Lemon juice
- 60 ml Water
- 1 gram Smoked Paprika
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- Salt to taste
Place all the ingredients into food processor or blender and process until smooth.
You are aiming at a creaamy, smooth texture If it is too thick - add more water.
Serve immediately or place in a covered container in the fridge. This will keep for up to 3 days.
Goes very well with any Greek salad.
