TAHINI AND LEMON DRESSING

Tahini & Lemon dressing

Tahini or Sesame seed paste is full of essential nutrients, including healthy unsaturrated fats and fibre.

Equipment

  • Food processor or Blender

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Tahini
  • 150 ml Lemon juice
  • 60 ml Water
  • 1 gram Smoked Paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  • You are aiming at a creaamy, smooth texture If it is too thick - add more water.
  • Serve immediately or place in a covered container in the fridge. This will keep for up to 3 days.
  • Goes very well with any Greek salad.
