Ginger, Garlic & Soy Dressing
Fresh ginger adds a lovely aromatic spicy flavour to this Chinese-style dressing.

Servings: 150 ml
- 6 cm Fresh Ginger grated
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 30 ml Vinegar - Rice
- 30 ml Dark Soy sauce
- 5 grams Castor Sugar
- 45 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 30 ml Water
Place all the ingredients together in a screwtop jar. Shake well until thoroughly combined.
Chill and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
This dressing improves with age, so prepare it the day before it is needed.
Use with any Chinese noodle salad.
