Ginger, Garlic & Soy Dressing

Fresh ginger adds a lovely aromatic spicy flavour to this Chinese-style dressing.

Equipment

  • Screwtop jar for mixing

Ingredients

  • 6 cm Fresh Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 30 ml Vinegar - Rice
  • 30 ml Dark Soy sauce
  • 5 grams Castor Sugar
  • 45 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  • 30 ml Water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients together in a screwtop jar. Shake well until thoroughly combined.
  • Chill and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • This dressing improves with age, so prepare it the day before it is needed.
  • Use with any Chinese noodle salad.
