Cauliflower steak with Herb Butter
Equipment
- 1 Baking Tray
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Frying pan
Ingredients
- 10 grams Fresh Thyme leaves roughly chopped
- 10 grams Mixed dried herbs
- 5 grams Ground Cumin
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 large Cauliflower cut into 1.5 cm thick steak slices
- 100 grams Butter room temperature
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash that butter together with the thyme, dried herb, garlic and a couple of grinds of salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 180 ℃, and line a large flat baking tray with baking paper.
- Coat the cauliflower steaks in butter on both sides.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the steaks for two minutes on each side, then place on the baking tray.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes until the Cauliflower is cooked through.
