Cauliflower Mash
Equipment
- Steamer basket
- Food processor
Ingredients
- 1 large Cauliflower cut into florets
- 30 ml Coconut oil melted
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the Cauliflower to the steamer and steam for 30 - 35 minutes until Cauliflower is very soft.
- Place steamed cauliflower into the food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add the coconut oil and pulse again until it looks like Mashed Potato.
- Season to taste and serve.
