Simple Salsa

Equipment

  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 6 medium Tomatoes - Roma coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 medium Onion - Red coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium Lime juiced
  • 1 medium Capsicums - Yellow de-seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium Capsicums - Green de-seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 small Jalapeno pepper (optional) coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic coarsely chopped
  • Black ground Pepper to taste
  • 1 small Handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except Cilantro into Food processor and pulse several times until it is the texture you like.
  • Serve - adding Cilantro to garish.
