Tuscan White Bean Salad with Tuna
Cannellni beans are traditionally used in Italy, but any white bean can be used.

- 2 cans Beans - Cannellini 400 g each drained and rinsed
- 1 can Tuna ( in oil or water) 425 g drained
- 1 medium Onion - Red sliced
- 45 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- Fresh Sage Leaves
- 15 grams Fresh Parsley - Flat-leaf Chopped
Into a large serving bowl, toss the beans, Tuna, Onion, Lemon Juice and sage leaves together.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
