Tuscan White Bean Salad with Tuna

Cannellni beans are traditionally used in Italy, but any white bean can be used.

  • Large Serving Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Beans - Cannellini 400 g each drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tuna ( in oil or water) 425 g drained
  • 1 medium Onion - Red sliced
  • 45 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • Fresh Sage Leaves
  • 15 grams Fresh Parsley - Flat-leaf Chopped

Instructions

  • Into a large serving bowl, toss the beans, Tuna, Onion, Lemon Juice and sage leaves together.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
