Chia Seed and Banana Ice Lollies
Equipment
- Blender or food processor. 6 x 50ml ice lolly moulds,
Ingredients
- 3 large Bananas Ripe
- 45 ml Greek-style natural Yoghurt
- 10 ml Honey - Runny
- 15 grams Chia seeds
- 6 Ice lolly sticks
Instructions
- Blend the bananas, greek yoghurt and honey in your blender or food processor, until you have a thick, smooth consistency.
- Stir in the chia seeds.
- Transfer into a jug and pour the mixture into the 6 ice lolly moulds.
- Place a lolly stick in the centre of each mould.
- Place them into the freezer for 6 hours before serving.
- To unmould the lollies, dip the frozen moulds into warm water for a few seconds and gently release the lollies while holding the sticks.
- Enjoy.
