Tomato and Onion Salad
Raw vegetable salads are a classic way to add a tangy touch to any meal.

Servings: 4 people
- 2 small Limes
- 2.5 ml Sugar - Raw
- 1 sprigs Fresh coriander chopped
- 2 medium Onions - White finely chopped
- 4 firm Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 small Cucumber finely chopped
- 1 small Green Chilli finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Sprigs Fresh mint for garnish
Extract the juice of the limes into a small bowl.
Add sugar, salt and pepper and allow to rest until sugar and salt have completely dissolved.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill, and garnish with fresh coriander and mint before serving.
