RED CABBAGE AND BEET SALAD

Red Cabbage and Beet Salad

This salad is very tasty and the coriander leaves give it an unique flavour
May be kept for several days in the Fridge
Can be served alone or together with something like Quinoa.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Cabbage - Red
  • 1 Small Onion - Red
  • 1 Medium Beetroot Raw
  • 125 ml Orange Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 125 grams Fresh Coriander leaves Chopped

Dressing

  • 2.5 ml Honey
  • 30 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1.25 ml Flaxseed Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic

Instructions

  • Finey chop the cabbage, beetroot and red onion
  • Add coriander and orange juice
  • Mix well
  • Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
  • Dressing can be added to salad now or kept separate to add at the table.
