Red Cabbage and Beet Salad

Main Ingredients
- 1 Medium Cabbage - Red
- 1 Small Onion - Red
- 1 Medium Beetroot Raw
- 125 ml Orange Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 125 grams Fresh Coriander leaves Chopped
Dressing
- 2.5 ml Honey
- 30 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1.25 ml Flaxseed Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
- Finey chop the cabbage, beetroot and red onion
- Add coriander and orange juice
- Mix well
- Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
- Dressing can be added to salad now or kept separate to add at the table.
