Fruit and Nut Choc Block
Make your own Choc block. Next time you make this - you can add other fillings.

- 125 grams Almonds
- 150 grams Coconut oil
- 15 ml Honey - Runny
- 5 ml Vanilla Extract
- 250 grams Cocoa or Cacao
- 100 grams Raisins
- 100 grams Sultanas
Put the almonds in a frying pan and toast them on med-high heat until brown. Shake the pan every 30 seconds to ensure they all get brown. Set aside to cool.
Melt the coconut oil, honey and vanilla in a pot over a low heat.
Remove from the heat and add cocoa and stir until well blended.
Throw in the nuts, sultanas and raisins and mix well.
Pour the mixture out into a small tray lined with baking paper.
Refrigerate until set. Cut into pieces and store in the fridge.
