Ingredients
- 30 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 45 ml Vinegar - Sherry
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 5 grams Fresh Thyme leaves chopped
- 5 grams Fresh Parsley - Flat-leaf chopped
- 5 grams Fresh Oregano chopped
Instructions
- Mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, and salt & pepper. Stir in the chopped herbs.
