Ingredients

  • 30 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  • 45 ml Vinegar - Sherry
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 5 grams Fresh Thyme leaves chopped
  • 5 grams Fresh Parsley - Flat-leaf chopped
  • 5 grams Fresh Oregano chopped

Instructions

  • Mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, and salt & pepper. Stir in the chopped herbs.
