Tahini Balls

These are great to make in a hurry when unexpected guests arrive.

Equipment

  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 10 only Figs dried
  • 12 only Dates pitted
  • 250 grams Raisins
  • 125 ml Tahini
  • 250 grams Desiccated Coconut

Instructions

  • Put all fruit in the food processor and mix in the Tahini sauce.
  • Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
  • Put into the fridge until ready to eat.
