Greek Salad
Equipment
- Serving Bowl, mixing jug
Ingredients
- 30 ml Vinegar - White Wine
- 30 ml Cold-pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 5 grams Sugar - Raw
- 1 small Cucumber diced
- 1 only Capsicums - Red diced
- 1 only Capsicums - Green diced
- 1 only Capsicums - Yellow diced
- 2 medium Tomatoes diced
- 1 medium Onion - Red diced
- 50 grams Cheese - Feta diced
- 100 grams Olives - Black halved
Instructions
- Blend the vinegar, oil and sugar together.
- Pour over the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Enjoy.
