Greek Salad

This salad is a classic because of its flavours and textures , so fresh and crisp.

Equipment

  • Serving Bowl, mixing jug

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Vinegar - White Wine
  • 30 ml Cold-pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 5 grams Sugar - Raw
  • 1 small Cucumber diced
  • 1 only Capsicums - Red diced
  • 1 only Capsicums - Green diced
  • 1 only Capsicums - Yellow diced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Onion - Red diced
  • 50 grams Cheese - Feta diced
  • 100 grams Olives - Black halved

Instructions

  • Blend the vinegar, oil and sugar together.
  • Pour over the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Enjoy.
