Asian Greens

- 1 Large frying pan or Wok
Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli florets
- 200 grams Snowpeas or Green beans
- 2 - 3 baby Bok choy
- 15 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 5 grams Ginger crushed
- 15 ml Sesame oil optional
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into small , and peel and thinly slice the stalk. Thinly slice the snowoeas and shred the bok choy.
- Heat a good drizzle of olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over a high heat.
- Add the broccoli and snowpeas to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the bok choyalong with the garlic, ginger and sesame oil (if using), and continue to cook for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables are cooked and tender.
- Serve straight away with your main.
