Spicy Cabbage with Chorizo

- 1 Large Pot
Ingredients
- 2 med Onions - Brown chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 600 grams Chorizo Sausage cut into 5mm slices
- 1 med Cabbage shredded and chopped
- 5 grams Caraway seeds
- 120 ml Chicken stock
- 45 grams Butter
- 20 ml Vinegar - White Wine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a large pot over medium heat.Fry the onion and garlic for five minutes until the onion is softened.
- Fly the chorizo for another five minutes until cooked through.
- Add the cabbage in batches and fry for ten minutes until slightly softened.Stir the Caraway seeds, stock and vinegar and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste and serve warm.
