1 Slow Cooker
1 large mixing bowl
- 1 kg Mixed Fruit and glace cherries
- 500 ml Chocolate Milk
- 100 grams Self-raising Flour
Sock the fruits in milk and your liqour for 24 hours.
Fold in the flour.
In your slow cooker - layer it with 2 - 3 baking paper and a doulbe strip under - to help lift out
Pour the batter in and even out.
Cook on low for 7 - 8 hours with a tea towel under the lid.
