Soft Scrambled Eggs
Equipment
- 1 small mixing bowl
- 1 small frypan
Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs
- 10 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 20 ml Greek-style natural Yoghurt
- 8 grams Chives chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add the eggs to a small mixing bowl and season with salt.Add 5 ml of olice oil and whisk until combined.
- In a small frypan, add 20 ml of olive oil and set over medium heat.Warm the olive for only 30 seconds, then add the whisked eggs.
- Cook the eggs over the medium heat, stirring regularly, until the eggs are beginning to set (there should be some wet parts and thats okay)
- Turn the heat off and add the Greek Yoghurt.Continue to stir until the yoghurt is fully mixed and the eggs have fullu set.Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Transfer the scrambled eggs to serving plate and finish with the chives.Enjoy immediately.
