Equipment

  • 1 small mixing bowl
  • 1 small frypan

Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 10 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  • 20 ml Greek-style natural Yoghurt
  • 8 grams Chives chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add the eggs to a small mixing bowl and season with salt.
    Add 5 ml of olice oil and whisk until combined.
  • In a small frypan, add 20 ml of olive oil and set over medium heat.
    Warm the olive for only 30 seconds, then add the whisked eggs.
  • Cook the eggs over the medium heat, stirring regularly, until the eggs are beginning to set (there should be some wet parts and thats okay)
  • Turn the heat off and add the Greek Yoghurt.
    Continue to stir until the yoghurt is fully mixed and the eggs have fullu set.
    Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  • Transfer the scrambled eggs to serving plate and finish with the chives.
    Enjoy immediately.
