Tossed Salad with Pears and Blue Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Pears cored and thinly sliced
- 185 ml Buttermilk
- 15 ml White Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 30 grams Chives Cut into small pieces
- 150 grams Lettuce Mixed and use all colours
- 75 grams Watercress Leaves
- 1 small Cucumber Thinly sliced
- 30 grams Cheese Blue crumbled
Instructions
- In a small bowl, toss pears with 30 ml of the buttermilk to prevent flesh browning.
- Whilst the remaining buttermilk, vinegar and salt and pepper (to taste) until combined.
- Add chives.
- Tear or chop the lettuce leaves.
- Mix with the watercress and cucumber.
- Arrange on serving plates and top with the Blue Cheese and sliced pears.
- Drizzle a little buttermilk dressing over the top, serving the remainder separately
