Swede Chips

A healthy option to Potatoes

Equipment

  • baking tray, large bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 large Swedes peeled and cut into chips
  • 30 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Put the cut chips into a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the oil over and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well to ensure all the chips get coated.
  • Lay chips out on tray - try not to overlap them.
  • Cook in oven for 35 - 40 minutes, turning the chips halfway so they are crispy on both sides.
  • Serve with Fish or other main.
