Swede Chips
Equipment
- baking tray, large bowl
Ingredients
- 3 large Swedes peeled and cut into chips
- 30 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Put the cut chips into a large bowl.
- Drizzle the oil over and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well to ensure all the chips get coated.
- Lay chips out on tray - try not to overlap them.
- Cook in oven for 35 - 40 minutes, turning the chips halfway so they are crispy on both sides.
- Serve with Fish or other main.
