Fruit and Nut Rice
A tasty way to serve rice.

- 175 grams Rice - Long grain White
- 1 Lt Orange Juice
- 15 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 75 grams Raisins or Sultanas
- 1 425g can Pineapple diced
- 40 grams Almonds roughly chopped
Cook the rice in the orange juice and water and keep warm.
Heat the oil in a frypan and toss in the raisins and pineapple, heat through for 2 - 3 minutes until hot and add the almonds.
toss through the rice and serve.
