Oriental Green Beans
This is a simple way to enliven green beans.

- 450 grams Beans - Green
- 15 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 5 ml Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 2.5 cm fresh Ginger root finely chopped
- 30 ml Dark Soy Sauce
Steam beans for 4 minutes or until beans are just tender.
Meanwhile, heat the Olive and Sesame oils in a small frypan, add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Stir in the ginger and soy sauce and cook, stirring constantly, for a further 2 - 3 minutes until the liquid has reduced.
Pour this mixture over the warm beans and leave for a few minutes to allow the flavours to mingle before serving.
