Herbed Greens
Stir-frying captures the flavours brillantly. The trick is not to overcook the cabbage and that you serve it as soon as it is cooked.

Servings: 4 people
- 1 medium Cabbage shredded
- 1 half Celery sliced
- 30 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 30 grams Fresh Herbs finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- 30 ml Honey - Runny
- 30 ml Vinegar - White Wine
Stir-fry the vegetables and garlic in oil for about 5 minutes or until tender but still slightly crisp.
Add the herbs, honey and vinegar and toss well to ensure the vegetables are well coated and the honey has melted.
Serve immediately.
