Raw Shoots and Seeds Super Salad
Bursting with healthy sprouted and dried seeds, walnuts and fruit.

- 225 grams Mixed sprouted seeds and beans
- 25 grams Pumpkin Seeds
- 25 grams Sunflower Seeds
- 25 grams Sesame Seeds
- 1 large Apple - Granny Smith cored and roughly chopped
- 70 grams Dried Apricots roughly chopped
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 50 grams Walnuts roughly chopped
- 30 ml Walnut Oil
Put the sprouted seeds (Alfalfa, mung beans, soybeans, aduki beans, chickpeas and radish seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.)
Stir in the apple, dried apricots, lemon zest and walnuts.
Mix lemon juice and oil in a small bowl.
Stir the dressing into the salad and serve immediately.
