Simple Slaw

Making your own is cheaper than shop brought slaw.
Use our mayonnaise as dressing.

Equipment

  • 1 Mandolin

Ingredients

  • 0.25 Cabbage - green thinly shredded
  • 0.25 Cabbage - Red thinly shredded
  • 2 Carrots grated
  • 0.5 Onion - Red very thinly sliced
  • 1 Apple - Granny Smith grated
  • 2 grams Curry Powder (optional)
  • 200 ml Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Place the cabbage, carrot, onion, and apple in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  • If using curry powder, mix with mayo and then toss the mayo throught the slaw.
  • Season to taste.
