Greek Feta Salad
A Mediterranean diet, rich in olive oil, sun-kissed vegetables and lemons, has long been recognised as healthy.

Main Ingredients
- 25 grams Rocket
- 300 grams Tomatoes thinly sliced
- 150 grams Cucumber peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 small Onion - Red thinly sliced
- 115 grams Cheese - Feta cut into cubes
- Olives - Black stoned
Dressing
- 45 ml Cold Pressed Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 3 grams Dried Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Arrange the rocket on four plates.
Scatter over the tomatoes, cucumber and onion, then the feta and olives.
To make the dressing, put the oil, lemon juice and dried oregano in a jam jar, screw on the lid and shake well.
Drizzle over the salad, season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
